Single Face Reverse Construction is a single banner printed to one side with the ink penetrating to the other side with a 85% penetration.
The Double Sided Construction will read correctly on both sides and is made by printing 2 single flags and sewing them together. a sheet of Tyvek is placed between the two sides to eliminate the ability to see through the banners.
