Our Entry Level Commercial Solar Flagpole Light has a brightness of 20 Lux and is intended for a 20' Flagpole.   This is a much lower grade of solar light that is meant for customers who would like to try a good but not great solar light inexpensively before they invest $150 or better in a full commercial solar light.  Easy to install.  All components are included.  No wiring is necessary.  Solar Panel is attached to Light, so just attach to the flagpole with the bracket and its ready to use.  Prior to this installation, you will receive better results if you charge the solar light for 3 days in relatively good sun light.
