Commercial 200 denier nylon fabric sourced from Dupont sewn with T-60 thread. Thread requires 60 pounds of pressure to break. 33% stronger than market.
9 oz Poly Sateen heading in Pure White color. 28% stronger and brighter white than possible with standard 7 oz canvas header used in market.
Fly end is reinforced with 1/4" turn in's for each of the 4 rows of lock stitch. Industry standard is a smaller 3/16" turn in.
Brass Grommets installed.
UV Resistant inks from Dupont are used with industrial printers calibrated for these high grade inks.
