The 4'x6' POW/MIA Double Sided outdoor nylon flag displays the POW/MIA logo on a pure black background. The POW/MIA symbol is reminder of our promise to our men and women home from the wars we send them. Originated during the Vietnam War by families with loved ones held prisoner, the logo was adopted by Congress to find our service people and bring closure to the families. There are still well over 1,000 still unaccounted for in Vietnam. The POW-MIA symbol has persisted and now has evolved to include all of America's wars since Vietnam and our commitment to the members of our Military and their families that they will not be left behind.

This 4'x6' POW-MIA Double Sided Flag uses top-notch materials and inks from Dupont and exceeds the commercial industry standards in every reinforcement aspect. From heavier thread, wider hems, and heavier headers Tuff Flags is well beyond the competition. Specifications

Double Sided Construction. Reads correctly on both sides. Double Sided Flags are constructed with 2 single sided sewn together with a tyvek line between the two.
Printed on High Resolution, 600 dpi, commercial printers with Dupont UV resistant inks.
High Grade Dupont Solar Max Nylon Fabric used and sewn with T-60 thread. T-60 thread requires a force of 60 pounds to break. Industry norm is T-45.
Wide Hems. Our POW-MIA flags have a 1/4" turn in for each row of stitching. The 4'x6' POW/MIA fly-end is 1" as opposed to 3/4" hem seen on most of the market's flags.
Finished with 9 oz Poly Sateen in Pure-White heading. Stronger and a brighter white than the market norm 7 oz Canvas.
Finished with rust proof, brass grommets.

Instructions

Consider a 25' to 30' flagpole when flying your 4'x6' POW/MIA flag by itself.

When flying your POW/MIA flag along with other flags, the American Flag is always flown at the viewers far left. During the 6 days Congress has indicated, the POW/MIA should fly to the viewer's immediate right of the American Flag.
