The 3'x5' Poly-Cotton Printed U.S. Outdoor flag is a large step up from the light polyester U.S. flags.  This flag is fully printed.  It has the benefit of flying in very light wind yet has the look and feel of cotton.  This is still a light weight flag and shouldn't be flown on inground flagpoles for more than a short period, but is a much higher quality than the light polyester Outdoor U.S. Flag.
