- Fortified on fly-end with 4 rows of lock stitch and back tacked with T-60 industrial thread.
- Sewn with T-60 thread which is 33% stronger than the top commercial brands that only use T-45. The number indicates the pounds of pressure required to break thread.
- Brass Grommets and "Pure-White" 9 oz. Poly-Sateen header. Brightest white header material available and 28% stronger than canvas.
- Hems use a full 1/4" turn-in for each row of stitches resulting in 1" hem on the fly-end and 1/2" hems on the sides. Significantly wider than competitors.
