- Produced on Dupont Solar Max 200 Nylon
- Flags are printed in the Single Face Reverse or Double Face formats. Printed Single Sided Flags reach an ink penetration of 95% to the reverse side. Double sided read correctly on both sides and have a block-out liner sewn in the middle.
- Printed with 600 dpi, high resolution industrial printers with Dupont UV resistant inks professionally calibrated for our printing equipment
- Fly-hems are finished with 4 rows of lock-stitching and back tacked.
- Sewn with heavy T-60 industrial thread which requires 60 lbs of pressure to break. The Industry norm is T-45.
- Finished with a 9 oz Pure-White Poly Sateen header. Insdustry norm is a lighter 7 oz. duck header (sometimes called canvas for marketing reasons)
